With a subscription, you get access to all CTYT resources, including audio recordings of the book, You Don’t Have To Do That, whole courses and/or individual lessons from the “Overcoming Bad Christianity” series, videos, shorts, home church materials, interviews, and much more. Never miss an update.
You will also be able to comment and chat about various content and posts, enabling you to interact with others in the CTYT community!
PAID subscriptions are virtually like donations to my work. Some perks of paid subscriptions are earlier access to content and occasional unique episodes that may be interviews or special topics.
I aim to supply subscribers, like you, with heavy doses of knowledge, inspiration, and practical tools that emphasize that God is FOR you and is closer than you think!

Who creates the content at CTYT?
“I miss Jesus!” As a Christian pastor, Marc Scott could not shake this feeling even though he thought he was doing everything right to be close to God and help others do the same. His journey since then has led to life-changing discoveries and spiritual transformation, which he wants to share with others on a similar journey. Marc Scott is the author of You Don’t Have To Do That, a book that helps people move past what is wrong with religion to embrace what is right with Jesus. Marc has a heart for those who are questioning, confused, or feeling lost or abandoned by the church as they know it. Marc’s mission is to develop content in multiple formats to invite people to a simple, constructive, healthy, hope-filled journey outside of typical religious structures. Marc Scott has been an ordained pastor, youth leader, public school educator, and volunteer mentor in the juvenile justice system. He holds graduate degrees in both Christian Education and Educational Administration, and he has worked at all levels of PreK-12 public education. He is married with two daughters.
